    I am looking to hire a consultant to review how we have MaaS360 setup and how we integrate with Apple Business Manager. We have 100 iPad devices and I have looked elsewhere but no luck. I definitely think there are things we could be doing to make setup and admin easier. The one big problem is Apple ID for users that don't have a corporate email address and using a common Apple ID for all of those users. Thanks!

    Hi Brian,

    The easiest path to accomplish this would be to reach out to your account manager.  If you're not sure who that is, you can head over to https://www.ibm.com/products/unified-endpoint-management and click on "Let's Talk."  The agent there should be able to point you in the right direction.

    You say you are using Business Manager, also known as DEP, if you are using profiles the end user has no reason to setup their Apple ID, but can if they like. The MDM and corporate APP catalog will push out any APPS you think are needed for corporate use.
