I've seen some topics on this subject before, but they were a couple of years old and I couldn't find any resolution.
Right now we are hybrid-mode Exchange as we migrate mailboxes over. We have two Cloud Extenders setup one for on-prem and one for Exchange Online. We have configured our Cloud Extender and all notification tests pass, but the notification is never sent to the iOS device during testing or with an actual email. We tried talking with support and they told us we had to reach out to our account rep, but I haven't heard back from him yet either.
Can anyone provide any help or words of wisdom?
We also heard something weird today, an on premise iOS user was trying to use the Forgot Passcode feature of the app and they received the M365 Login page. I would only expect this for devices using the correct Persona. Maybe we have something setup wrong?
