I wanted to share something that we found by troubleshooting for a client.
When they tried to reboot a device (Device-View-More-Reboot) they got an "Error:parsing request failed" displayed... not really looking like a MaaS360 error message as you can see.
It turned out they created a custom rule for their help desk people. Unfortunately there is not User Right Access item that is called "Reboot" or "Restart" or is this in the description of any other User Right item. After a process of elimination I have established that the User Right: EXIT KIOSK MODE must be selected in the role, which fixes the error and let the reboot command work properly.
Just wanted to share as this is everything else than intuitive to have to select Exit Kiosk Mode in order to allow the reboot functionality of the role.
