  • 1.  MaaS360 End User Portal Login Failure

    Hi,

    I would like to connect to MaaS360 End User Portal. Our MaaS360 Portal has integrated Active Directory via Cloud Extender.

    I have enabled :
    - End User Portal in Services
    - Privacy Information in User Settings (Advanced).

    But with the link show in End User Portal in Services, I can not login neither with AD user nor the local user, both have the following error:
    The credentials you have entered are incorrect. Please try again. Your account will be locked after multiple log in failures.

    I double checked my AD user credential by logging in one server in our domain which requires the user credential. So I am sure that the credential is good.

    Any ideas?

    After communicated with the support, this is because that we didn't enable User Authentication on Cloud Extender.
    Problem solved and hope this can be helpful for others.
