I'm kind of dizzy because I can't find such option in VIOS properties tab. There is option to add CPU, MEM, Physical I/O. Under Virtual I/O tab, only a SR/IOV adapter can be added.

Correct.  The PowerVM management user model in the enhanced+ console is designed to simplify virtual network management and client partition storage provisioning, part of which involves automating virtual I/O management.
