Hi, I've been reviewing my profile and my RTBMA certification doesn't seem to have been registered, has there been an issue with transferring these over from the previous university version?

Hi Julie, thanks so much for letting us know. There shouldn't be an issue, particularly since you earned RTBMA back in April. Lauren @Lauren Pagan can you have a look at Julie's transcript and let us know what you find?

Hey @Brandon Walshin, most definitely!

We accidentally did not have the Elite learning plan unlocked for Julie.  

The Elite learning plan will be unlocked for users who complete the Explorer and Navigator learning plan and pass the RTBMA 2016 exam - all they will need to do is input the code found on their RTBMA 2016 certificate.  The code is in the bottom right corner of the certificate.

For any users that passed the RTBMA 2015 exam, they will need to complete the Elite Readiness learning plan that is located on their dashboard to unlock the Elite learning plan.

Thanks Lauren, I now have access to the Elite study pathway and am getting on nicely.

Just as a side note, is there a way to go back and view the certificate within the new University site? I did have a link setup but obviously that's to the previous site.

Hey Julie – that is great!  Yes, if you hover over the pancake stack in the upper left corner and select My Activities your certificates are listed under Courses and under Learning plans.
