    I lost access to my 2FA authenticator because my phone is broke, now i cannot login to NS1 customer portal.

    My question is how to disable 2FA for meantime in my account, so i can login and reconfigure back.

    Hi Alfan, if you've lost access to your 2FA authenticator, you'll need to contact IBM NS1 Support directly to verify your identity and request a temporary 2FA reset. Include details such as your account email, organization name, and any recent account activity to speed up verification. Once support disables 2FA, you'll be able to log in and reconfigure your authenticator on a new device.
