    In addition to Trial, we have "ILAN" which is an unsupported version.   The Install Manager repo for that is at https://www.ibm.com/software/repositorymanager/com.ibm.websphere.DEVELOPERSILAN.v85

      Have you tried in docker? it is base on ILAN that @Sam Wong commented.
