    Hello team, 

    We have developed multiplatform Python toolkit inhouse to monitor DB2 LUW. I am in the process of installing it on AIX 7.2.

    I have asked our system admin to install gcc which is compatible with AlX 7.2 version/release. I am thinking gcc11-11.3.0 (7.2). Please let me know if it's otherwise.

    You should probably update AIX first FP7 will be released next month.   Sorry can not comment on gcc but do know you are really behind in patches for AIX.

    Hi Ilyas,

    You have two options which both can work.

    1. Either you can use default gcc which gcc10 on AIX 7.2
    2. Install gcc11 on AIX 7.2

    Is gcc11 part of IBM AIX 7.2 toolset and can be downloaded as such from IBM site? if there any CVSs against gc11?
