    We've been using Sybase ASE as our primary data source since Series 7.  We're finally taking the plunge to DQM and plan to do it on 11.1.7 FP1.

    Any tips or lessons learned?  Any additional parameters you've had to use in your JDBC connections?  Any issues with Unicode data sources?  We are using FM packages so we know there's a lot of work there as well.
