Unfortunately only the update patches are available on Powerlink but in order to install them, you must have a previous version installed. They will only update an existing install. EMC will not provide the full client anymore, hence why I was hoping to find it elsewhere. I did manage to find Powerpath for AIX 4 but still have not found the Navi Agent for AIX 4.
