Hello all, I'm looking for a way to return a list of Incidents, WorkOrders, etc from TRIRIGA. I know that TRIRIGA has 3 interfaces for integration. However, I looking for the easy way to do it. I tried using OSLC and the result it was null with error. If you have a good way to do it. I'll appreciate it.

TRIRIGA can directly integrate with staging tables of your system using Integration Object. If your system supports HTTP, then using OSLC would be the best option. TRIRIGA also supports SOAP.

You can have a look at the IBM App Connect on Cloud, a SaaS offering which can use the SOAP interfaces and easily map the data to any other object which you wish to consume. A Very Drag and Drop approach to getting to data in Tririga and getting into anything else for actions/events/outcomes.

A huge list of adaptors can be choosen and also built to support any form of interaction.

    Hope this helps.
