AFAIK, server.log is file based only and other logs like error, session, security etc., depends on the logger settings (file/db).

For Table details, log into the product schema (IS Internal) and look for WMERROR, WMSESSION, WMSECURITY etc.,

Note these are product tables and if you intended to make some change to it (its own risk).
