Client is having SSO enabled environment & logout functionality is not working properly and it seems logout url is not able to remove client side and server side cookies...

Currently I tried logout with below url but after click on Log Out, application is reloading itself and getting in without asking credentials

https://<domain name>:<port>/navigator/jaxrs/logoff

The ICN logoff action cannot logout from SSO authentication. Please use SSO LogOut URL settings in ICN Admin desktop->Settings (after 3.0.7 ifix002) or use SSOLogOutPlugin and provide SSO logout URL to do SSO log out. Generally it is provided by your SSO authentication provider product.

Thanks for the input, here is the update

I have used the plugin and configured with SSO provided url. After that the behaviour is..

1) when I click on logout, next page/screen it is showing is ICN reloading screen instead of SSO login screen.  ​

2) when I hit same url again on same browser tab or press Go Back arrow button on address bar, it is showing SSO login page which is correct behaviour.

Any clue for point 1)...ideally it should show SSO login page after logout.
