  • 1.  Logo on Welcome Page 11.1.2 how to change it

    Hi after we upgraded to 11.1.2, our theme doesn't work properly, the logo in welcome page doesn't show, even when upload our them again, the main logo doesn't show any idea how we can change it???

    Hi Angelica, 

    Are you using Cognos Analytics on premise or on cloud? 

    This page from the Knowledge Center describes the different elements that can be changed.

    For CA on Cloud, most of the theme changes work but there is a defect logged for uploading custom images which you can track updates on here. This should be fixed in a future release.

    Thanks so much for your feedback, yes, I found later that is an issue of the version and they should fix in the new release 11.1.3R
