  • 1.  Login wizard doesn't work

    It doesn't let me log in with my license code, and it shows me this message 
    Authorization in progress ... (582cca24f18301a7d...)

    Successfully processed all codes
    But when I click next its says the message below                                           
    License information for IBM SPSS Statistics installed in /Applications/IBM SPSS Statistics/Resources/Activation
     
    No licenses were found for IBM SPSS Statistics 30. ErrCode=1 SubCode=18
     
    Then it tells me to restart so I do and it brings me back to the login screen I've restarted my computer and deleted and redownloaded the app.  Version 30 my expected outcome would be to be able to access the website
