Tamino was installed with user phe on domain akir.Now we moved to another domain with another user name: user paul.hermans on domain amplexor.Result: no administrative rights.Is the only possibility to do a reinstall ?
It should be able to log in with the old user (if the domain still exists), akir\phe. Then you can define paul.hermans on amplexor as administrator and you should be able to log in as paul.hermans next time.
Unfortunatily the old domain doesn’t exist anymore.
