Logger Adapter Problem

    I have installed adapter4.1 configuration in my machine, except Logger Adapter all adapater avilable. In the Installed adapter window Logger adapter has error is Introspection failed: Could not intropspect adapter class “com.wm.adapter.logger.LoggerAdapter”. java.lang.ClassNotFoundExceptio:com.wm.adapter.logger.LoggerAdapter
