Log-Likelihood value for nonlinear regression models

    Hello,

    I'm trying to calculate AIC and BIC values for nonlinear regression models (testing different models fit with tumor growth over time). However I cannot seem to find a way to get the log-likelihood value in the nonlinear regression test of SPSS v29.0.1.0... Does anyone know of a way to get this log-likelihood value in the software?
