Is it a multi Tennant system?
Does this user have the same User Role and Security Profile as the other users?
Can this user see Real Time streaming events?

No error messages were displayed. Only "No results were returned" is being displayed on the screen. This is only happening with only one user. Other users can see their search results.

In QRadar Console, Log Activity tab, upon any search I get this "No results were returned" message. Also it does not show my previous searches. Appreciate any suggestions to troubleshooting this issue.
