We have a customer enrolling Nokia 5.4 handsets and they have asked if they can have a lock screen display showing the device name and IMEI number.

As this is a Nokia, we are aware that editing the Lock Screen section does not populate on anything other than a Samsung handset.  We have tried to do this through the customer screen section on the Restrictions part of the policy.  The customer wants the IMEI populating, however, we can't seem to find the right code needed to bring this info through.  Using %IMEI% does not work.  We can get things like the DeviceID and Username to come through with % each side.

Any suggestions on how we can get the IMEI to populate on this?

    Hi Darren,

At this time IMEI is not a supported field for auto-population in device fields.  You could work around this by creating a custom device attribute that can referenced, however this may require more manual work than you'd like.  In the meantime, I'll pass this feedback to our dev teams to see if it's something we can implement in the near future.

For reference the current list of built in modifiers we support are:

    %username%

    %email%

    %domain%

    %UPN%

    %Model%

Any number of custom attributes can be used as well, but requires fields be filled in the device view manually on a device-by-device basis or using a spreadsheet to bulk update.
