Would anyone know why we get the 'bas mts mtsserver.cpp 1631 0x7f46ccb29640 -- HPDBA0242W The server could not find a handler for the command: (0x11)' errors in the IBM reverse proxy logs in IBM Security Verify Access 10.0.9 virtual appliance when users access a url? The LoadRunner version used to access the url is the 24.3 version. We did not have this error when we were on a lower version of LoadRunner. We use the IBM Security Directory Suite virtual appliance 8.0.1.22 version. Thanks. Ade

Make sure that your load runner is connecting to the configured 'https-port' as opposed to another port that the Reverse Proxy listens on.

In the past we've seen this happen when end users connect to the ssl listening port instead of the 'https-port'. 0x11 means it's a socket issue. The 'bas mts mtsserver.cpp' is the base component and mts is the component that performs administrative commands between the Policy Server and the Reverse Proxy instance.

Please be sure that your load runner is hitting the correct port.
