How to load a xml docunment in a Taminoserver. does the xml file have any predefined format. If so what is it? What is format of the log file. is it in xml format. Please give me an example.

You can use the process button in the Tamino Interactive Interface. It should be proper xml, i.e. it should start with <?xml version="1.0"?>.
Unless storing to ino:etc, a schema must be defined first.
