I have a problem with my Instance, as you can see on the attached screenshot, I can not start it again, despite waiting for two hours.
Initialy I got a conection error while I was working on the project in a jupiter Notebook instance. Then I closed the tab and tryed to open it again, but it said I could not conect. Then I tryed restarting the instance. It succesfully stoped, but doesn´t start again.
I now also tryed to contact the support but "
linuxone.community@us.ibm.com " appears to be deactivated, so I send one to "
linux1@us.ibm.com", but after 2 days of waiting I did not get a reply and the server runs out on the 18th of january 2026, would be at least cool to save my data before :(
I would be grateful for a reply.
