Hi All,

We recently build new ITX 9.0.0.3 server in Linux Intel Platform.

We installed multiple Launcher which is configured on different ports.

Problem is when we are doing the sample testing to check whether installation is done correctly.

We deployed one sample map with simple one on one field straight mapping.

Deployed '.msl' to systems folder.

recycled launcher.sh -stop <port Number>.

launcher.sh -start 

resulted compound  systems log with below message:

System sample_test.msl; has stopped with result 127.

May 14, 2019 12:24:28 PM
Ending the Launcher session.

executed the msl from command line for the sample test map and resulted the following error message:

/itx/9.0/wtxnew/bin/launcher: error while loading shared libraries: libmercrmgr.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
 

Could you please share your thoughts on the above error on how to fix it.

Does the file exist:

/itx/9.0/wtxnew/libs/libmercrmgr.so ?

Did you run the setup script correctly:

. ./setup

A pause should always be issued before a stop.

Thanks Paul, SAP Connector libraries and SAP Idoc Libraries are missing. Added them to install directories. Now launcher is coming up successfully.
