I'm excited to announce that I've officially joined the IBM AI and Data Science Community!
To kick off this journey on the right foot, I'm diving deep into the mathematical foundations that underpin these fields. Right now, my focus is on Linear Algebra - essential for understanding machine learning, image processing, and so many other practical applications.
A question for the community: Is anyone else using Python with the Numpy library to study Linear Algebra alongside a math textbook?
I'm curious to know:
• What books are you using?
• How has your experience been combining textbook theory with hands-on coding?
• Do you have any specific projects or exercises you'd recommend?
I'm currently exploring how to implement matrix operations, decompositions, and vector spaces in practice with Numpy. Combining solid theoretical foundations with immediate application in Python has been a game-changer!
Let's connect and share experiences! What has your journey been like? Share your thoughts in the comments!
