    Hello,

    I am a member of academic staff and received an SPSS 25 license from my university (for Mac Catalina 10.15.7). I have by now gone through the following cycle a million times: When I open SPSS, it takes me through the licensing process, but very early in that process an error message opens saying "there appears to be a license but it is invalid". However, that error message is overwritten by the window asking for the license. When I enter the code, it says that licensing has been successful, but in the very final window (in the lower part), it says "no license found". Indeed, when I open SPSS again, it starts the licensing process again. I have called the help of the university Helpdesk, we installed everything again, SPSS opened properly once but now I am back where I was. Do you have any solution for me?

    We probably can help you by creating a license code manually for your 20 digit authorizatio code and the lock code of your machine. The lock code is displayed on step 2 of the license authorization wizard.

    Once you have this info open a ticket with option B below, provide the infor and ask to have the license code created manually
