I had purchased SPSS Grad Pack 26 and downloaded it on my Mac. My Mac automatically updated to Mac OS Catalina 10.15.6 last night. When I tried to open SPSS it asked me to put in my authorization code again, I did this and received the following message: "Authorization in progress ... removed

Authorization failed.: You are not allowed to generate any more new licenses.

  * * * End Of Transaction. * * *  

No additional authorizations are permitted on this code. For assistance go to www.ibm.com/planetwide and select your country in order to place a support case online or by phone. Please have your IBM Customer Number or purchase details available. 

I tried re-downloading SPSS to my computer but it still does not work. I am not sure what to do, any help is welcome. Thank you!
