    Currently I have a project in .net 7 with using IBM.EntityFrameworkCore-lnx package version 7.0.0.400 and buying the license, question: do I have to buy another license to use in a new version of .net 8 and updating IBM.EntityFrameworkCore-lnx version 8.0.0.300.

    Hi Marco,

     once you purchase a license for v7.0.0.400(v11.5 license), you should be able to use the same license with 8.0.0.300 also. However, when you plan to use the latest drivers (8.0.0.400 or 9.0.0.200) you need an updated license (v12.1 license). You should be able to get a license upgrade without having to purchase anything new. Please contact your IBM contact for more details.
