    Dear

    I bought SPSS 23 several years ago. I took 8 licenses.
    It turns out that with the updates of our computers, especially MACs, we can no longer use this version. I would like to install the licences on PCs. The only thing is that I am stuck because I don't have a licence number to allocate. 
    I have the possibility to degenerate authorisation codes or licence numbers in the IBM SPSS key centre application. This does not work at all. Can you tell me how I can degenerate the user codes.
    Moreover since few days I can't enter in the licence key center. Also I need to install all the licence in new computer. But I can't.

    Dear Stephane 

    Due to privacy issues, SPSS Licensing requests which require exchange of confidential information such as IBM Customer Number, Authorization Code, email address, etc... need to be handled through either a normal Support ticket via link above or via the SPSS Licensing support page.

    A) If you have a normal Support contract open a ticket on:

    https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/

    and use your IBM customer number ICN.

    B) If you do not have a Support contract use method below:

    Go to:

    https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/forumsproduct?name=SPSS%2BLicensing&id=0TO50000 0001xvJGAQ&language=en_US

    Use the blue button called "Open a case to get help with SPSS License issues" to open a case. Include all required information (e.g. authorization code, lock-code, product version, ...) such that we can immediately process your request.
