Please open a ticket where you provide your 20 digit authorization codes and the lock codes of the machines where you have installed SPSS. Then we can create the license codes for you manually. Please do not post the codes here as they are confidential. use one of the options A) or B) below to open a ticket, thanks

Due to privacy issues, SPSS Licensing requests which require exchange of confidential information such as IBM Customer Number, Authorization Code, email address, etc... need to be handled through either a normal Support ticket via link above or via the SPSS Licensing support page.
A) If you have a normal Support contract open a ticket on:

with your IBM customer number ICN.
B) If you do not have a Support contract use method below:

Use the blue button called “Open a case to get help with SPSS License issues” to open a case. Include all required information (e.g. authorization code, lock-code, product version, ...) such that we can immediately process your request.
