Hello, I got SPSS through surfspot.nl I downloaded without problem. However, I cannot activate my license because License Authorization Wizard doesn't open. I tried to run as administrator, disabled antivirus, windows defender and firewall. No result. Then I gave permission for law.exe through new rule in firewall. Still I click but nothing happens. I have 20 digit license code and 6 digit lock code. Can someone help me to activate it?
