I had this problem last year as well. I have SPSS 26 set up on my computer, provided by my university. However because license authorization wizard is not launching I cannot use the authorization key and cannot renew it.

I have deleted and re-installed, started the wizard on admin mode nothing works. It asks me if I want to run law.exe after I click yes nothing happens.

Last year when I had the same issue I wrote here and someone asked for my lock key and authorization key then told me to save it something in the notepad etc. Then it worked. Is it possible for someone to help me again?

In the Start menu, select All Programs. In your list of programs, you will see a folder called either SPSS or IBM SPSS Statistics. Open that folder. In that folder, you will see a program called either SPSS License Authorization Wizard or IBM SPSS Statistics License Authorization Wizard.
