Data that comes into WTX containing this datetime, will fail validation, if the Typetree object is defined as datetime.

An example map is attached.  The trace shows:

Data at offset 0 ('30-06-2015 23:59...') is INVALID data of TYPE
   X'0002' (DateTimeItem root).
