    G'Day,


    Wow, way to many categories to choose from. Anyway, my question is how do I get leader access if i had it in the old system?

    Jon,


    The new GWC system will allow for 1 group owner (Leader) and multiple "moderators" of the group.  Moderators can do everything the Group Leader can do except update the Group picture and the group description. 


    Please have your group leader send an email to akrossi@us.ibm.com specifying who the group leader should be and any group moderators that should be assigned for the specific group.  We will then make the adjustments once your group Leader and moderators have received training on the new system. We will be scheduling virtual training over the next several weeks for all groups.  Group ownership will be transferred once the groups have had training so that we can be sure the groups are ready to perform the administration for the groups.
