    Hello Sara,

    This looks to me like a plug-in issue in routing the request to the appserver.

    Can we get more detail logs?

    Thanks

    Hello Sumit
    We use IBM Http Server 8.0.0.5 in front of websphere application servers and we add IBM Http servers to load balancer, there isn't any information in the server.log other than
    ULB failed getServerWeights, exception = com.ibm.ws.loadbalancer.stack.LBStackException: sendNativeCmdBuf failed
    ULB failed setServerWeights, exception = com.ibm.ws.loadbalancer.stack.LBStackException: sendNativeCmdBuf failed
    ULB failed getHAInfo, exception = com.ibm.ws.loadbalancer.stack.LBStackException: sendNativeCmdBuf failed

    and we see also the following error in reach.log

    Error from getHAInfo().  iRc = -1

    And the following error in hamon.log

    HAM: Encountered an error getting status from the kernel.

      iRc = -1.

    Best Regards
