    The errors in launcher.txt or launcher.log would usually be the same map error messages.They are available in the help documents provided with the DSTX Map designer.

    Error message 11 is--
    Could not build one or more outputs An attempt may have been made to write to a read-only directory, or an output file directory may be missing.

    If this is not the issue usually if the mercator services are not up,then it will be a different approach.

    You would have to watch for any dependent services that are running or got struck and kill them manually.
