I'm really not sure, but you may want to check the permissions and enviromental settings, like the tmp directory.

Did you migrate all systems, add them to launcher and try to bring them up all at once, or did you migrate one by one?

Also, did you update your dstx.ini file? (not sure what the name is in 8.2). Set all your adapter to a reasonable timeout, like FTP=60.

There's a GPF error setting to ingore GPF's and keep processing as opposed to fail and stop.
