    Hi,

    I recently enrolled for the Trial version of Cognos analytics on cloud for a course on Coursera on Digital Visualizations instructed by the module, but I am having issue with the launching process. As seen in the images I attached below, my trial expiration date is already in motion but I can't use the features I signed up for. It says the product is active but the launch button is unavailable. After clicking into the "Manage" page, the issue seems to be related to processing issues on assigned seats (it has been like this since yesterday). 

    Ive tried clearing browser cache and cookies and using a different browser but it still shows the same thing. Im not sure what to do and can't continue with my course until i can activate this.
