Is it possible to run 4.3.3 on new hardware? Upgrading the app is not an option. I am not an AIX expert. I am trying to figure out what options we have. I would greatly appreaciate any suggestion.

    Thanks!

AFAIK, a Power 4 chip needs AIX 5.x but given this stuff is 10+ years old, things do change :)

And yes, it would help to know what you're running now.

Google turned up this IBM page that allows you to drill down into each architecture...... & determine what o/s will run on each model -->
