There are a number of different latent class approaches, but one, STATS LATENT CLASS (Analyze > Loglinear > Latent Class Analysis) is available in Statistics as an extension command. You can install it via the Extensions > Extension Hub menu. It will require the appropriate version of R and the R Configuration tool. The latter is available from the Extension Hub.

If you have Statistics version 28, the prerequisites would already be installed.
