Need help... I am trying to create a KPI which will show decimal values. For some reason it is not.. any idea how I can get a KPI to show decimal value?

Below is the Average Devices per GID computation

   Please note - the row on each shows "0" however there are multiple entries with the same GID hence the Average Devices per GID is 53949/37733

I want the KPI to show 1.43

Any help is appreciated...

I have tried various methods using NumberFormat() and all and may be I am over engineering. Any immediate guidance would be appreciated.

Try adding "Average Devices per GID" to a table in a report using the "Insert Formula Column" and include the two decimal places, and then assign that field to a perspective. Then you should be able to add the field to the KPI using the perspective field and it will include the decimals.

I went ahead and tested this using a couple of fields set to 4 and 3 decimal places respectively, as an example.
