    Hi. I'm trying to call Knowledge Base. but when I call it I get the following error.
    Does anybody know how to resolve this?

    I am using AP1 tenant. and I reinstalled studio v20.10.1.

    Hi Ian,

    This is probably due to the logged-in tenant not being the same as the certificate!
    Let's say that during the installation used 'tenant1', but when logged in the studio `tenant2` was chosen. The API will look for the model in 'tenant1' not 'tenant2'.
