    Hi all,

    I am currently learning IBM Verify Privileged Vault through the course titled 'Verify Privilege for Technical Sales Level 4', specifically in the 'Instructions for essential hands-on' section of the course. I am following the lab walk-through where I am currently in the 'Session Recording' part of the lab.

    Long story short, I have successfully recorded a SSH session from the PuTTY launcher. I recorded the session two times to make sure that I was doing it right. Both SSH session recordings are above 1 minute as per documentation that states that SSH Keystrokes will only be visible for SSH session recordings above a minute session long. Unfortunately, both of my SSH session recordings are not showing the keystrokes or the command inputs in the 'Activity' list in the session recording page.

    I would like to ask for help on this issue if an expert or somebody can explain why this is happening, and how to solve it. Please see the image attachment for the related issue. Thank you.
