Hi,
Our IS has crashed with “JVMCI015:OutOfMemoryError, cannot create anymore threads due to memory or resource constraints” error.we are running on aix.Nothing has changed on webMethods ,AIX or database side.Please advise

we are running on 6.5 sp3 .the following are logs,server,memory settings
