Hello,

I have installed CA 11.1.5 and Jupyter Notebook on my Laptop, Cognos Analytics works well but i can't reach Jupyter Notebook. I got the following message  in the docker logs :

Error connecting to Cognos Analytics (ConnectionError occurred). Arguments:

    (MaxRetryError("HTTPConnectionPool(host='desktop-8fus4f8', port=9300): Max retries exceeded with url: /bi/v1/me (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPConnection object at 0x7fd51d40c198>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno -5] No address associated with hostname',))",),)

Finally I have found my error, i have changed in config.conf  my HOST_NAME variable value with  my IP ADDRESS , in cognos configuration my Dispatcher URI for external http://<IP Address>:9300/bi/v1/disp and in Cognos analtyics Manage > configuration > system > environment http://<IP Address>:8000
