    I saw the messages of global outage, in morning. But we were able to login and work in morning. From 1 PM EST it seems to be not working. 

    Is it down IBM Planning Analytics cloud site not working ?

    None of the link for Status is working - can try >> https://cloud.ibm.com/status given by IBM in one the recent Incident

    We had the same problem, it seems that there was a problem with the cloud client connection but the problem has been solved:
