    Hi

    I have a script that is scheduled through the WDG Automation Web Client and is mostly running fine. But sometimes the script did not ran and when I lookup the script in the Jobs-submenu, the job status is Pending (with no additional information in the job details). After restarting the computer where the script should run, everything is working well for a while.
    Any ideas what could be the reason for this behaviour?

    Hello Nordine!

    Sounds a bit weird. Almost sounds like your agent is dropping the connection to your tenant. Agent (the runtime) uses SignalR-connection that also the scheduler uses. Anything you can think of causing this?

    Hi Jukka

    thanks for your reply. I am thinking in the same direction but I don't know how to investigate this any further: there doesn't seem to be any useful logging at the Web Client.
    I would also expect that the status would change to Failed when the scheduler could not reach the agent.
