Go to JDBC Pools page in the Integration Server Administrator and use the “Test” button to verify that it can connect to the database.
Also share the screen shot of JDBC pools page on IS
Try the below steps and see you if that solve issue.

Remove database pool function from all the references in ?JDBC pool? page.

Shutdown Integration Server.

Remove all files and folders in DB folder under Integration Server root directory. (Please back up them first).

In ISInternal.xml and Xref.xml which are located under:
<SoftwareAG_Directory>\IntegrationServer\config\jdbc\function,
Please reset the connPoolAlias:
I.e. Change Embedded Database Pool to:
And remove: Embedded Database Pool.xml from:
<SoftwareAG_Directory>\IntegrationServer\config\jdbc\pool,
- Restart Integration Server.
- Finally assign all the references in ?JDBC pool? again.
