Need to integrate on JD Edward system(Version - 9.2 - which is on Premise) with webMethods cloud. Please provide some pointers. EnterpriseOne adapter will be used for On Premise integation. but how it will support for webMethods cloud.

in this scenario, do we need to host the webMethods server in both Cloud and onPremise? is any other way to integrate on premise JDE Edward system with webMethods integration cloud?
Yes you would need an on-premise IS with EnterpriseOne adapter and webMethods Integration Cloud with Hybrid Integration to achieve this.
